“Elena was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. One guest in our party was disappointed with the small TV in the room. The pool was nice. Overall a good stay. The only issue we experienced was that it was challenging to get taxis and Ubers, even with the hotel staff calling for us. Plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey due to cancelled or inaccessible rides.”

“This hotel was a literal gem of a find! Nestled in the hill above Lake Como a 8-9 minute taxi ride! Beautiful, magnificent views, clean and sparkling from top to bottom! The staff are a family and they are all just lovely and could not be more helpful! The rooms are not luxurious but clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful nights rest. Our patio had furniture with an amazing view of the lake and villages as well as the Italian Alps. Dinner on the terrace was delicious……

"Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."
