Great
The property was great! The only recommendation would be to update the listing as far as the gym and lake location. The gym was downstairs which is now under construction. I could care less just an update would be great! I loved this house and everything in it. Beds were very comfortable! The master shower is amazing but the second bathroom shower did not work. The water just didn’t turn on at all. Also I was looking for an adult size broom but did t find one. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! It was amazing and very reasonably priced for how huge and updated it is! It was great and thank you for loaning your house out to us!!! The Jones’

Property was nice in most areas, very spacious and open. But like another reviewer wrote, the personal items throughout the house were disconcerting. While looking for cooking utensils the drawers were filled with misc. items. There was leftover butter in the butter dish and coffee grinds in the coffeemaker. The freezer area in the refrigerator was full. The kids had lots of fun in the pool, but moisture problems were very evident. Tracks in the snow showed that someone had walked up to a window. A person removed a travel trailer from the property while we were there without a text letting us know, which would have been better.

Fabulous stay with a POOL!
We had an amazing time renting this property over Thanksgiving weekend! The owner was amazingly welcoming and informative upon check in. The house is well stocked with all sorts of kitchen necessities, towels, linens, games for kiddos and pool toys! The pool was such a hit with the kids and brought cousins together of all ages to play and bond. The house was clean, fun, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated floors in the master bedroom and the kitchen aid mixer in the kitchen! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit our family in Spokane! 10/10 recommend!

Deceiving VRBO add - NOT worth the price
I am finally writing after being home for 4 days from our most recent stay at the Lakeside Lodge. This was our one vacation getaway for the year, which is why we are willing to spend nearly $1,000 a night for what we were led to believe was something it really wasn’t. We attempted to reach out to the owners with no response. Our stay was meant to go from Monday to Friday, but we ultimately left the morning of Thursday as there was really nothing for us to do. There were four adults and four kids. The pool was a huge part of why we chose this place as well as it being called a “LAKESIDE LODGE” where the lake and a beautiful beach are pictured in the Vrbo add. Unfortunately, the pool area had zero ventilation and was way over chemicalized. After the kids (and one adult) spent an entire day in the pool, everyone began coughing uncontrollably. My daughter has Vocal Chord dysfunction and if her airways get irritated she is unable to breathe. She came into our room in the middle of the night fighting for air. We KNEW it was the pool because only one adult and all the kids spent time in it and all of them had the exact same thing happen and the rest of us were perfectly fine. We spent the entire next day at Silverwood and everyone was perfectly fine. That is UNACCEPTABLE and needs to be addressed. Not only that, but the pool flooring is so incredibly slippery, as well as all of the steps from inside the house leading out to the pool area. We wound up having to lay towels all around so no one fell - AGAIN. The first night we were there, our youngest 7 year old was WALKING slowly towards me and with one step she slipped and hit head first. Not one hour later, I came out of the bathroom and slipped on the steps bruising my tailbone, my spine and my left arm. Not a great start to say the least. Moving on from the pool. The Lake that was apparently less than a block away and in walking distance was actually two miles away. The directions the host provided was to cut through homes and other peoples yards. The add also said how amazing it is to sit in the hot tub and sip your your morning coffee with a view of the lake……. Mind you there is barely a view AT ALL. There is a massive dead tree covered by power lines, and maybe a sliver of water if I squint. Review continued ***

Beautiful Home
Beautiful Home, indoor pool was a huge hit with the family - the upstairs is nicely laid out and the whole house has tons of room (there are more bedrooms then listed). We all had a great time - the only odd thing that I had not experienced before is the lived in feeling of the home when it isn't rented (family photos, freezer was full, cornered off closet in the master) - not a deal breaker and no impact on the great time we had. Just not what I expected
