“The lodge is right on the North Idaho Centennial trail. Very easy to walk along the lakefront from the lodge but it is not on the water. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.The mattress was a bit soft for us. Overall a great location and we would stay again when in the area.”

“Nice staff. Hotel location is noisy and surrounded by homeless population. People off the street were entering the property and getting food from the breakfast area. Safety was a concern for our family.”

“I didn't understand when housekeeping would empty the trash they wouldn't put a new liner in. They left one on the rim of the can and I guess the guest is supposed to take care of it. Also I had a coffee packet in the room when I checked in but it was never replaced after I used it.”

“We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -……

“Staff was great. Kind and generous. We just had an issue with the cleanliness of our room. The carpet was not vacuumed. Window had hand prints everywhere. Bathroom needed a wipe down. We had to ask for toilet paper. Which is fine but I do think if they clean it and see that there is not enough on the roll for several days, it needs a new roll. The pool was out of commission and absolutely nothing mentioned anywhere online. We wanted a pool to swim. We ended up going to a river and still had……
