“Hello! Check in went well. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of a construction that's going on in a hotel at the time if booking and sounds like there is going to be no breakfast due to that. When I booked this hotel, that was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The room is nice and neat, I wish I was aware of breakfast situation when I was booking through Expedia. Liubov.”

“Extremely disappointing stay and I would not return or recommend this hotel. We stayed on the 11th floor with two young children and were never told at check-in that 1 of the 2 elevators was completely out of service. They simply placed a wet floor sign in front of it. Because only one elevator was working, wait times were often 30-45 minutes since it had to stop on nearly every floor. Many times it was already packed full or had luggage carts taking up space, so we couldn’t even get on. Being……

“The room was very run down with a strange smell when we checked in. They scanned my drivers license and credit card then GAVE ME someone ELSES card information. When I complained checking out they said that it was from “seven years ago” when the card had not even expired yet. When I called to inquire about a late check in the man was very rude on the phone. The only plus was the bed was comfy.”

“Stayed here for Welcome to Rockville. Obviously I knew going in that the bar should be set pretty low because it is a Motel 6–but this place seriously needs to be checked out by the health department. Multiple cockroaches in our room, stains on our bed sheets, flies buzzing around our lights, floors so dirty you can’t walk from the bathroom to the bed without your feet turning black, mold on mini fridge, and our door doesn’t even close all the way. Also, our phone is so disgusting that the cord……
