“Lovely room with good sea view.Anchorage is in the middle of a change over but no one there when I arrived and a note one the door for me said what the door code was and which room. Anyone could have used it. No soap in bathroom. Breakfast had to be in room. In morning staff were friendly. Parking OK .”

Having advised of the circumstances we were told that breakfast would be served promptly at 8 which would have allowed us to eat breakfast in time but another guest advised at 8 the chef had just arrived so breakfast was available from 8 but by the time it had been cooked we didn't have enough time to eat it. “The property was clean and the room had nice sea views. The rooms are in a converted house next to the Indian restaurant at the site. They are as mentioned in the description accessed via stairs .. quite a few although was offered help with bags. The main negative factor is the location. We arrived and witnessed an altercation on the street in the mid-afternoon with a women punched in the face. The police attended. We looked for other food options but only fish and chips available nearby.……
