“Property wasn’t well maintained. The fridge didn’t work. A light in the bathroom didn’t work even after reporting it to the staff. The window latch was broken.
The noise each night from the bar was extremely loud. It did shut down each night by 10pm, making it impossible to relax in the hotel room. There was no warning about this in the hotel description or reviews.
There was no laundry service despite this being listed on the Expedia site as an amenity.”
