We also heard neighbors on their balcony often, very loud, especially since the balconies are next to each other. Could use some privacy, but would block the beautiful view. “It’s a rustic setting and our villa said ocean view but you could only see the ocean if you stepped outside of the villa. Inside you saw the next villa or parking lot. Good for boating”
