Relax and enjoy this brand new retro chic private getaway in the Highlands. This one bedroom full bath with a jetted bathtub is perfect for a romantic getaway, a great place to work remote or just have a fun weekend. Located in the best location to get anywhere in Louisville. Within six miles from the airport, convention center and downtown. Walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and parks. All of this in a very charming quite neighborhood.

Great location! Easy access to downtown, never had any issues parking. From the location you can walk to several restaurants/bars. Stacy was very easy to communicate with. Her place is just as described, very clean and comfortable, has everything you need! Would highly recommend and stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed in this adorable house for the Derby. The home owner was so sweet ! She was wonderful to communicate with and she even bought us welcome gifts!! Overall it was a great stay. This is an apartment in a garage that you have to go through. Didn’t realize that when we rented it. However we would stay again !! It was adorable !

Perfect for a couple
Stacey was great to work with, and provided input on great restaurants and things to do in the area. The carriage house was perfect for us, a central location for visiting Louisville Slugger museum and also Churchhill Downs. We enjoyed walking around in the neighborhood and also sitting out on the deck. It had everything that we needed, clean, and exactly as pictured.

Amazing weekend in Louisville!
My husband and I stayed for the weekend, as we attended the Bourbon and Beyond Festival. The place was super clean and adorable. Great and quiet neighborhood. Stacy recommended plenty of local restaurants and they were all fantastic. I highly recommend staying here, if you are in the area.
