“The apartment was sufficiently clean when we arrived. However, we ran into issues with unlocking the door when we arrived. We were on the phone with the maintenance man on call who was trying to help us remotely because he was 30 plus minutes away from the unit. The code we were given did not work. He tried multiple things to help us, but it wasn't until someone else from the company contacted me about how the unit was and I let her know of the issue. I wonder if she hadn't activated the code,……

“Our group of four - two couples - had a great week at this condo! The location on Stock Island is nice because you’re close to Old Town KW but not in the thick of things, so you can sit on the patio or chill in the pool to unwind. Our rooms were spacious and clean although I gave four stars simply because the cleaning folks need to give the floor a good mopping. We are clean people but walking around the condo gave us black feet. Not a huge deal! Kitchen, baths, everything else was very clean.……
