"This resort was wonderful! We loved the room, the location and the view. Room was very cute. Only issues we had were the parking was not very convenient per room, there wasn't a microwave or coffee pot in room. Minor inconveniences for such a wonderful place. Also, we were given a "Free Shark Feeding" ticket that had inaccurate times on it so we were unable to use it. They also give you a list of "things to do" around there which made it sound like they would help you set up trips. No, they are just suggestions which should be planned a few months prior, like the Tortugas boat trip. Other than that, this was a very nice stay and the cutomer service and cleaning ladies did an excellent job! Thank you for such a calm and memorable experience. "

"Just five minutes from the airport and the shuttle will take you into the Mallory Square area every hour. 10:30 is last shuttle back. Hopefully in the near future all the restaurants will be open and lobby bar but I didn’t have use any and didn’t know they weren’t done with renovations. Should have been told and at least discounted "

"Great experience overall! Clean hotel and pool, great local food and convenient shuttle service to downtown Key West. We did on site laundry… were told one price for a bag of clothing and were charged another, even though all items fit into their laundry bag and closed. We had the mimosa package special upon booking and it was never delivered upon, they stated we would get that refunded to us. Those were our only two complaints! "

"Alex, the hotel manager is amazing. we were welcomed immediately. we do not want to forget Catherine > really sweet smile and conversation. We can't say enough about this property. Our room 205 was in the Lopez house. I think this is the BEST room on the property. We had a perfect view of the Atlantic. You can also see the Atlantic, west of the Southernmost point. Fantastic! Very Important, if you want to see who is going in and out of Pocket park, and the Southernmost cafe, this is the place to be. WE WILL BE Back soon. thanks to all of the staff, especially for the most awesome continental breakfast in Key West"

"From the moment we checked in, where we were greeted warmly and given a free drink and tons of great information and recommendations, until our last little wonderful free breakfast here, we loved every minute. The location really can’t be beat and the pool area was lovely. It’s very near the Hemingway house and the Butterfly Consevatory, and right off Duval Street. Rooms are compact, but clean and cool! We loved it and will never stay elsewhere. The staff, every one of them, were fabulous! "
