“We really enjoyed our stay here. While the neighborhood may not be the most picturesque it was safe and an easy walk to all the places you want to visit. Our only complaint is the mattress. It’s a pretty thin foam mattress sitting on just bedsprings. This could easily be improved. Other than that it was a great place. Owners very communicative ”

“Clean, cute upper level apartment in a great location right next to the greenbelt walking path. We walked back and forth to my sister’s apt each day - stopping for coffee along the way.The host was VERY responsive for any questions or needs. The outer gate didn’t work 1 morning because the battery had died and he had the manager there within an hour to get it fixed. (We were not locked out because my son was inside and could let us in).The apt looked just like the pictures and had everything……

“Wonderful home in Mid City. Great location to City Park, Carrollton (street car), coffee shop and groceries. All within easy walking distance. The house was clean, quiet and has a great kitchen for cooking! It was a delight to meet the sweet owners. Will return! ”

“Stayed at this cottage for a conference with some friends. The place was so cute and Jaimie was an extremely communicative host. Additionally the fridge and pantry were stocked with eggs, breakfast potatoes, English muffins, cereal, butter, and some potato chips which was extremely helpful as we had arrived late on Friday and didn’t have time for grocery shopping. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again! ”

The beds are super comfy, and it was easy to want to stay and read a book on the front porch. We loved the kitchen and had a blast making breakfast there every morning. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The art and decor all around the property made the stay even more interesting! We will definitely be back!”

“Our stay was spacious and comfortable. Communication with the boat was easy, and the location is close to the streetcar. It's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues with that. There were some stains on the blanket in the first bedroom, but the second two were fine, so we just took those. Clean towels, bathroom, and kitchen, but there wasn't any detergent for the washer/dryer. ”

“We loved this property! It is in the absolute perfect walking distance to everything. The property itself is in perfect condition, with lots of room to sit and relax or sit on the front or back porch. The kitchen has everything needed. The house is historic and well maintained, we had zero issues. Wifi worked without issue. Shared laundry if needed. The host was awesome.The interaction for check in and out were spot on, and the list of restaurants and suggestions were all valued. We loved it……
