“Lovely and calm boutique hotel in the outskirts of Sisteron. Such a little gem of a place, old houses beautifully redecorated with a stunning patio area and a mountain backdrop. We arrived late in the evening but the owner still arranged for an apéro dînatoire for us. Can highly recommend the hotel. ”

“Lorsqu’on arrive chez Alexandra et qu’on passe le portail, on se sent immédiatement à l’aise Puis on passe la porte d’entrée et là, on est presque comme « à la maison » Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, les extérieurs sont très bien agencés et entretenus; une bulle de verdure et de calme à proximité de tout La propreté des lieux communs ou privés est irréprochable Alexandra est une hôte très pro, tout en douceur et discrétion, je n’ai malheureusement pas pu faire de soins, ce sera pour la……

“No air-condition ! no one to serve when check in, the city tax charge you 10 Euro only for a room night. located in a wasteland. There is no lights outside in the night time, kind of terrible. Very hot in the summer season, couldn't sleep! when you open the window the flying insects could fly in your room. BAD!”

“The city of Manosque isn't really worth a visit - I chose it thinking it was central to the lavender fields and close to the L'Occitane factory (I call it the Poughkeepsie of Provence...). I thought it would be a good idea to have a cheap hotel in the pedestrian section of town but what I hadn't taken into consideration is that the high cost of parking our rental car made this "budget" hotel more expensive than the Ibis on the outskirts of town. If I had it to do over I wouldn't stay at this……
