“Die komplette Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alles für einen schönen Strandurlaub. Die Ausstattung ist sehr niveauvoll. Kleine Ausbesserungsarbeiten in meinem Zimmer wären nötig. Der Meerblick machen das aber wett. Hab die Pools auch genutzt, waren fein am Abend. Frühstück hervorragend, riesige Auswahl, super Mitarbeiter. Kann das Hotel sehr gerne weiterempfehlen! Strände in der Nähe waren sehr fein. Alles in Gehweite, Wasser unglaublich klar, schöne Buchten.”

“Needed a double bed but got 2 single beds pushed together.poor from a 4 star hotel and mugs not cups in the restaurant for breakfast I had to refill my cup from the hot water machine 2 or 3 times every morning also disappointing from a 4 star hotel, but the staff were excellent and the hotel was very clean,”

“Lovely location in a quiet area and short walk to beach and town. Fab breakfast buffet, range of food in evening buffet is good however the food is not kept hot enough Generally around the resort the staff were good but we found reception staff to be curt and not giving you the greeting you would expect when checking in at this type of resort Hotel offered live music each night in the main bar Hotel car park is far too small for hotel and most parking is along a unpaved road past the hotel”

“Das Personal egal ob am Empfang, in Restaurant oder Housekeeping: alle ultra freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top ! Zimmer war sauber. Die Anlage selbst war sauber. Extralanges Frühstück/Brunch bis 13:30. große Auswahl. Es war einfach toll. Kommen gerne wieder.”

The junior suites were spacious and I loved the private patio with ocean view. Portals village is a short walk from the hotel and has several quality restaurants to choose from, including one Spanish. The port area is also a short walk away and offers several high-end eating options with a view of the super yachts. The bus stop is a 5-min walk and……

“Amazing! I stayed 5 night and can’t speak highly enough about my experience . The staff is so friendly, kind and most importantly so resourceful to want to help you. Everyone is smiling and there to make your stay lovely. The spa, sauna and steam was great. The location to be across the street from the ocean… perfection! Breakfast included is epic… highly recommend. It’s an extremely safe neighbourhood as well allowing you to walk in and out of town without any stress. They clean your room……
