“Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and……

Vi valde extra stor säng, betalade för frukostbuffe. Vi fick ett fuktigt rum som har ett konstant obehaglig lukt, avfuktare som låter och är påslagen i 24h. Gick inte att sova utan öronproppar. Handukar luktar äckligt konstant, sängkläder bytes inte ut ett enda gång. Inga krokar i badrummet, ingenstans att hänga fuktiga badkläder, solterasen var……

“The hotel is in a quiet part of the Three Harbours (cities), easy to get to the ferry, waterfront restaurants, and historic areas. Breakfast met our requirements, and nothing was a problem. Our room was a good size, and the beds were really comfortable. As we were above the kitchen, we would hear the set for breakfast in the morning, so you may want to bring some earplugs. The staff are really lovely and helpful. The pool area was a great place to sit and watch the sunset :)”
