Enormous, beautiful and elegant 600 square meters Villa, located in the most prime residential location in Managua, ESTANCIA DE SANTO DOMINGO, only 5 minutes away from the most importante Mall in Managua, close to Restaurants, pharmacies, only 35 minutes away from the Colonial city of Granada and 2 hours away from San Juan del Sur.

You will be delighted with its Contemporaneous Arquitecture Design, which include a 36 square meter pool heated pool, open air bbq, wooden pizza oven, 4 social terraces (2 openair) 5 Rooms, 5.5 bathrooms, pool house, 2 inside open -gardens and much more..

Our friendly 4 person staff is there to help you make your stay the most pleasant, secure and unforgetablle and assist you daily (day and night) within the Villa.

All of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, own private bathroom with hot water, cable tv, blackout curtains and high speed internet.

A 35kwh per night electricity consumption is included in the daily rate, additional kilowatts will be charged at U$1.00.

We do airport pick up and drop off, local transportation, day car rental with driver and Granada and San Juan del Sur day trips (Inquiry within for costs)

Oasis in Managua
Stayed here with my family for a week and a half. It couldn't have been a better experience. The staff and security are top notch. The house is even more beautiful than expected as the photos don't do it justice. The property is located in a quiet, private, and tranquil area but still close to shopping, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend it for a stay in Managua.

Fabulous house in Managua
We rented this house for a short weekend stay in Managua. What a great place, very clean and nice, also very spacious. The pool and grounds were immaculate. We had the breakfast option and the food was amazing. They also cooked dinner for us which was fantastic. Mario worked with us and was attentive to every detail. Very secure with a security guard on-site at all times. Very safe. Will stay again.

La casa de Mario es bellísima las fotos no le hacen justicia, es una mansión. Mario fue muy atento y amable, sus trabajadores son maravillosos y atentos. Definitivamente recomiendo 100% esta maravilla de casa y por supuesto me volvería a quedar allí en mi próximo viaje si Dios lo permite.
