“Never received a door code, WiFi password or room number for the place we were booked to stay. I called several times and got voicemail. I also emailed several times and no response. I called Vrbo at least 5 times to see if they could get the information from the owners. They couldn’t reach them either. I tried messaging them through Vrbo and nothing but generated messages with no information that I actually needed. So I paid for a place I didn’t even stay at.”
