“Loved the place will go back”

“The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to where we were doing things. Host was good to communicate with us. The only difficulty we had was with parking, but the host was good to offer alternatives. I would be willing to rent from this host again.”

“Great location to everything in downtown Knoxville for restaurants and exploring the city! Well stocked unit as well. Highly recommended for a family of 5 or 6.”

“Perfect location. Nice, clean and well take care of with amenities. Will absolutely stay again in the future.”

“Went for the weekend with my son for the Cody Johnson concert and will definitely go back to stay. Highly recommend this location!”

“It was a great place during the day. At night, we could hear club music until 2:00 am. Challenging to sleep.”

“Love this rental! We have stayed here multiple times. It's a really great getaway for a couple. Close to restaurants, clubs, sports...The biggest bummer is the parking. We will continue to rent here.”

“Very nice place. Brand new and so close to old town and market square and gay street. Perfect location for what I wanted.”

“Condo was exactly as advertised. High end finishes all around and a well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Parking was convenient.”

“Great location, stay, and communication!”

“great spot! Walkable to great food and fun”

“Great location for visiting UT; walkable to Neyland and Kerns. Well decorated (cute/cozy), very clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. Host was very great with communications both via email and a binder with local recommendations. Highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful stay! This property is exactly as described, clean, beautifully decorated and up to date. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in, but if you decide to eat out, you are in a walkable area to old city, market square, and the restaurants and boutiques on Gay street. We loved the extra touches throughout the space! The complimentary parking space was key as parking downtown can get tricky! Communication with the owner/manager and the check in and out process was easy.……

“Beautiful place to stay in Knoxville. Modern and very clean. We had an easy walk to everything. Good host. Would definitely stay here again, you should too.”
