“No mountain view. Can't add add-ons after hours. Never spoke with a person, all ai.”

“Nice and quiet location, very quaint. It’s inside Sweet Briar’s college grounds, which on a busy day requires registration at the entry security gate, no issues there, just a quick checkpoint for college traffic safekeeping we learned. The Inn itself is well maintained for an older building. However age is not an issue, all standard hotel amenities are up to date. While this area is very convenient for the college, our destination was the town of Lynchburg, which worked well for our stay. All in...

“This property had no vacancies. Expedia booked me one night with its system showing availability with multiple rooms available despite the owner of the hotel advising Expedia that their rooms were not available and had been sold out. Now it will take 7-10 business days to refund my money that was debited from my account the minute I approved the transaction.”

“Enjoyed our clean, neat corner room that opened onto a deck, within steps of grass. Loved the modern minimalist decor *esp the lamps matching the decorative pillows*. “Cool old farmhouse in a rustic setting. It was clean and easy to book and stay. No staff on-site, but it was no problem. Everything is done online. Would recommend it to friends and family”

“The place was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The view was amazing. The only issue we had was when we asked where it was. We were told Nellysford and didn’t really understand that it was part of the Wintergreen resort so it was much further away from our actual destination. But the place was really amazing. We would stay there again.”
