“I stayed for a week and it was great for just me being there. The communication was great with the team when I had a question. Only suggestion would be to have an information booklet in the place so future renters do not have to text to find out things like what the wifi password is, and restaurant recommendations would be good to have in there as well.”

“Adorable studio apt, very clean, quiet, nicely decorated, and conveniently located to everything. The apartment had everything you would need in a home away from home, a well-stocked Kitchen, comfy bed, and a newer dog park right next-door. The space is over a coffee shop making it very convenient to get coffee in the morning, although a Keurig and coffee pods are also provided. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The Cozy Corner was the perfect place for us. It was clean, quiet and close to where we needed to be. The park next to our place was an added bonus.”

“The location was great. Steps away from main strip with restaurants and bars. There’s a cute coffee shop on the corner. The location was close to Spring Training games. Place was super clean! The shower could have been hotter and the bathroom floor was slippery. Be prepared… the roosters were up early😂 !!! Also make sure to go in through the back door when punching in the code to get in.”

“A hidden gem tucked away from the heavily traveled road. We enter red through the privacy gate and wondered if the online photos would be accurate. We were amazed at the time and effort Jeizi put into renovating this side of a small ranch style home. Easy entry with touchpad door lock large yard and when the second half of the home is completed for renovation, this property will rent for substantially more. There were two of us, moving my son into school for sophomore year at USF. It was……

“Front desk, restaurants ,were awesome. Hotel room cleaning could be much better. Empty boxes of soap, dirty mirrors, shower floor that seems like it was cleaned with oil ( very slippery) and old pieces of limes under the tables. Room was nice, beds very uncomfortable. Overall decent as far as room. Concert venue was ok, seating a bit uncomfortable and having to constantly walk through a smoke filled casino to get anywhere was pretty bad considering the restaurants were all off the casino and……
