“Eric’s home was the perfect get away for me and my family. It was the perfect size for us, well stocked and it was exactly as pictured in the listing. It being pet friendly was perfect for us. Eric accommodated us on a last minute pet sitter cancellation. He also responded quickly to my questions and was very polite. The home was very clean and welcoming. I will definitely be booking future stays at this home, if they will have us!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house in Bullhead City! The home was spotlessly clean upon arrival and we felt very safe and secure throughout our visit. The beds were especially comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep after busy days. The location was ideal for our trip. It’s just a quick, easy drive (about 5-10 minutes) across the river to Laughlin, where we enjoyed a fantastic concert. Beautiful public park on the Colorado River was nearby too. Would stay again! ”

Washer/dryer and AC were great (I didn't cook but I'm sure the stove etc worked) Note: Plan to arrive before dark; it would be ill-advised to drive those unfamiliar roads at night. Gas up before coming and bring some food; the lone restaurant closes early and doesn't always serve breakfast. No gas station in Oatman. Spotty cell service but we……
