“Very noisy”

“Habitaciones limpias, personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Desayuno rico, variado y pendientes de que sus huéspedes no se queden sin desayuno, un día bajamos tarde y buscaron algunas cosas extras para nuestro hijo. Lamentablemente cuando fuimos el fitness Centers, piscina y tina estaban en mantenimiento pero se veían muy limpias desde fuera. ”

“The staff was wonderful and very friendly. When walking in the entrance was clean. You are hit with a stronger than normal smell of cleaner which was a bit odd. Beyond the lobby, the hotel seems to be in the older side and does appear to require updating and repairs. By all means it was not straight up gross but it was not my level of liking (apparently I am bougie). Hallways smelled pretty “herbal” but that is not the hotels fault. Once in the room, it was clean but did not look like the photos……

“The stay here was wonderful quiet and the scene was beautiful me and my family stayed four days there staff was lovely rooms were clean breakfast was served every morning and breakfast was very delicious !! I would recommend family friends if you are traveling to Illinois Rockford please book a room here at econo Lodge .. it was a pleasant stay .”

“did not have breakfast, but looking at it, it was very small and either out of things or not enough stock. I passed on it. The bathroom appeared to have NO light switch that I could find. Used the entry light to see, and didn't use the shower.”

“The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet.”

“We had a mixup with Expedia regarding our reservation and the manager was AMAZING. He refunded our deposit and gave us a room. He also recommended a restaurant which gave us a discount for staying at the hotel. There was an old stain on one of the pillowcases, but we just switched to another pillow, there were so many! We would definitely stay here again.”
