Graduation Party
We had a great time with lots of space for our family and friends to celebrate our daughter's graduation. It was the perfect place for us all to gather and celebrate her success. The house and grounds were great, and the kids all enjoyed the pool. We hope to plan a trip back soon.

Fun family time
We picked the location for convenience and we were happy with that. The house definitely comes equipped with a lot of games and spaces to gather. Unfortunately the bugs (mosquitoes and midges galore) were a big nuisance. Maybe the owners could pest spray beforehand if a mosquito system isn’t an option. Alot of kitchen tools were found to be dirty, thankfully we brought some from home. My husband swept and used a blower outside so we could have a place to sit that wasn’t covered in leaves.

Despite our routine pest control efforts, our proximity to the open lake makes it challenging to completely eliminate outdoor mosquitoes and flies. Our cleaning team diligently clears the leaves during each visit, but with the arrival of the fall season, daily leaf shedding in the patio can be a issue. We will certainly ensure that all kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned. Your valuable feedback is important to us, and we are committed to taking corrective measures where possible to enhance the overall experience. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.

Perfect place and location
We had a perfect stay. The home is like a small palace. Lots of room, activities, boat dock, and close to everything. The pool is perfect to cool off in and just hang out in those hot summer days. I highly recommend renting this home.

End of Summer Family Vacation
Nice place! Plenty of room for the entire family! The pool and outside was slightly dirty when we got there, but people came the next morning to clean the pool so it was not a big deal. We had a great time— we brought our boat and were able to tube and do some fishing too!

Nice house for big groups
Our family was very comfortable in the house. There are separate areas in the large family room to have multiple conversations. The family room is multilevel, so make sure guests can do steps/stairs. The game room and extra refrigerator was nice to have. A little TLC on the ice maker & little fixture in downstairs bathroom would be nice. Overall, we were pleased with the house & would consider staying there again.

Amazing Lake Front Property
My family and I rented this amazing location for my wife’s 40th. We had about 18 people and there was more than enough room. Very spacious and clean. The owner was very responsive throughout the weekend and was even gracious enough to offer a late check out for a small fee. This was great because it let us enjoy the property and do some fishing before we left. I would recommend this property and we’ll be back!

Dirty house. Needs a deep cleaning inside and out. Spa heater is subpar and it was filthy. Beds uncomfortable. Fridge struggled to maintain coolness. Two days prior to check in was informed there was additional fees for visitors coming to visit us for the day on Saturday. When contacting host regarding issues response was vague and short. Offered to have a tech come on day of our party for fridge. Not acceptable. Just think house should be as it’s presented online. Lots of dangerous steps inside and outside.

However, we regret to inform you that you violated our house rules by booking the property for 14 guests and later submitting a list of 41 guests just two days before check-in. We understand that our call to notify you of the breach may have left you dissatisfied. Nevertheless, we allowed your birthday party to proceed with 41 guests without charging you for the additional guests, even though our house rules clearly state that extra guest fees apply. It is neither honest nor fair to book a property for 14 guests and then bring in 41 guests! We take pride in our property, which boasts high-end, comfortable Tempur-Pedic beds in primary bedrooms, a professionally cleaned pool and spa every week, and a perfectly functioning refrigerator. Additionally, we have provided a spare refrigerator in the garage to accommodate party overloads. We are committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and tidy environment, as evidenced by our recent 5-star reviews and the pictures of our beautiful retreat. The property is at a good location on the lake with security to enter. Check in and out was very easy. It was furnished with all the basic essentials and more. It was spacious and comfortable. Loved the inside and outside.

We were in town for a conference and a group of friends stayed at this property. The lake front living was the perfect relaxing vacation for each of us! The house had everything we needed, and lots of beds for everyone to be comfortable!!

Christmas getaway
This was the perfect place to have Christmas with our family in Texas. It was a great location. Being on the water was perfect for the whole family. The house is nice and big, lots of seating areas and places to play games. And the fans…. We always have to be bring our own but they had plenty…we all like white noise. The host was exceptional at answering any questions we had.

Great Location
Very nice home with lots of space for large family groups. Couches need updating and hot tub took 24 hours to get to temp this time of year, do probably should be turned on before arrival if one plans to use it. Great kitchen for cooking large meals and plenty of parking available. Overall really nice property, although some renters may expect more meticulous attention to details for the price.

Amazing Stay!
We had a wedding in the area and we are so thankful that we found this house. The perfect place for a large group of people. It was clean. comfortable, and spacious. And being on the water made it a great place to sit outside, relaxing with your coffee in the morning.

Great house!
The house was magnificent and the owner stayed in touch often up to check in. We booked the house for the wedding party to stay in for the weekend. He was extremely nice and even let us have our rehearsal dinner here on Friday. The house is set up very well and has everything we needed. He even let us have tables and chairs delivered for our dinner. Would definitely rent this property again just for a get away. It would be perfect for a few families or o e large one like mine!

Perfect for Family Weekend
Owner was very responsive and very nice to work with before and during our stay. House was perfect for our event. We had a surprise family birthday for my mom. I was able to extend our stay an additional day with ease so we could relax and enjoy the pool. Lots of activities in the house and on the lake. Kids (all over 18) enjoyed the kayak and the lake. We rented a boat from nearby marina and it was easy getting in and out of the house. Mom enjoyed the surprise and having all her family together. She said it was the best birthday ever. Thank you.

This house worked perfect for our event! Plenty of room for all of our guests to spread out! My only comment will be if you can’t do stairs, this is not the place for you!! LOTS of stairs! My mother is handicapped and it was unfortunate that she could go nowhere but the main floor. Host was super communicative! Love that it’s in a gated community! Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing!
First the check in was so easy and the gate already knew we were coming in late. Rented this for prom/graduation and everyone was so pleased with the pool, inside, and everything was clean and beautiful. Owner is super sweet and reliable on everything.

Great lake view
The size of the unit is very good for a large family gathering. The overall appearance of the listing is lacking. It is not very well maintained or kept up. Dirt and spider webs great you at the entrance. No hot water in the kitchen. I had to boil water to wash dishes the entire Christmas stay. two of the baths upstairs water was barely warm most of the time. Too many negatives in my personal opinion. I took pics. The only good thing about the vist was I was able to spend time with my children, grands and a few others that I had not been able to spend time with in a few years. Honestly it was overpriced for all of the things that I documented that was wrong. I cannot in all honesty give this a 4 or 5. It is not very easy to get ot even when the person or persons at the gate give you the directions and a map. All of the guests had to be directed in by a guest that was at the house meeting them. The main phot that you see is not what you see when you arrive I wish I could attach photos
