“I honestly don’t know where to start wallah, my experience at Jasmine Hotel was incredible. The rooms were very clean, and having 24hour housekeeping and room service made everything so easy.
The location is also very convenient, not far from the Haram and close to Makkah Mall.
What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were so kind and treated me better than I could have ever expected. Wallah, when my daughter became unwell and I had to go to the hospital, the way they supported me……

“I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Diar Al Khalidiya, especially during Ramadan. From the first day, the WiFi in my room did not work. I reported this 6–7 times, but nothing was done. I was forced to sit in reception for hours just to access the internet, along with other guests facing the same issue. This caused major stress and lack of sleep.
The situation became much worse when my Qatar Airways flight was cancelled due to the Middle East conflict. I urgently needed WiFi to contact……
