Best Hotel in Makkah for me and the shuttle to Masjid Haram for one hour is very convenient. I would recommend for anyone willing to go for umrah for this affordable hotel.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so kind and respectful, they are well trained. I've stayed in Makkah several times and this was the first time I resided this far from Haram Shareef but with regular shuttle service it was no bother at all. Housekeeping was available all day which was so good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all and have nothing negative to comment about.

The Front office staff was really helpful. The rooms were immaculately clean. The property is huge and one can get lost in it. Plenty of dining options. Barista made a good coffee. 24-hour transport to Haram was a great advantage. I would stay in this property again. This is a great value money hotel given that hotel's close to HHaram charge a lot and with the bus service every hour it is a great added advantage. Staff was very helpful

Nice hotel ..clean and quiet..shopping area near by..and masjid ayesha alrajehy next door .. The only thing I didn’t like it’s the (bus service..you have to use 2 buses to get to the haram….(10 minutes or less ) It’s maybe because Ramadan ..but everything else was good .

There is a shuttle service every 30 minutes 24/7 from the hotel to Kaaba and back. Just remember your drop off point. If this is your first time, you may easily get lost. This should be the best selling point for the hotel. There is plenty of parking spaces. The front staff is pretty good. The person (forgot his name!) who checked us in was very professional. He has couple of degrees from the US (UCF, U WA) and is a very nice person. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay anywhere else.

All the stay was in excellent place excellent staff very clean I felt all the five days as if I am at home The bus which schedule every half hour for 24/7 makes the stay as if we are by the Haram gates the bus is always there from the front of the hotel brings you back to the steps of the hotel I love it we never missed a pray in the Haram When ever I come back I will book here again
