“Property / hotel is mediocre at best. We were in town for a concert at the Civic Center and thought it would be a convenient location. Room rate is twice what it should be. Convenience is negated because of getting in and out of parking garage and the $16 overnight charge. Rooms were not anything above a Hampton or H-I Express. Next time I'll save myself the money and stay away from downtown and stay at one of the hotels mentioned above.”
