"The room,the staff,and breakfast were all great. It's clean and the hotel's in a good location,close to shopping,a wide array of resteraunts and the airport. The only complaint we had was the pool. It's small and gets pretty cramped when there's a bunch of kids in there,and there's not enough seating for parents. Plus it only goes up to 4' so its pretty shallow for older kids and adults...other than that it's a good place to stay"

"Arrived at the property and saw the sign that the desk clerk would be back in 10 minutes. Found a room attendant 15 minutes later who spoke no English and provided zero help. 15 minutes later found another person who did speak English and finally got the desk clerk to show up. His explanation was he was off working on something??? So 3 things. 1. Don’t put a sign out that is not correct. 2. Have a phone on your person that will ring when someone calls the hotel like I did 3. Make sure staff can at a minimum communicate in English."

"Just ok, odd situation where there’s a private country club with members and hotel guests. Everyone was friendly, however, nothing about the amenities and what we did or didn’t not have access to as guests was ever explained by the staff. The dinning rooms were difficult to find and seemed to be intended for club members. I had read online that guests were welcome to use the facilities, but reading that is one thing, having someone explain and encourage it is another."
