The hotel is very clean and in a great location. We had 2 rooms and they were very spacious and offered a lot of room! The breakfast every morning was great. And the hotel staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Myself and 2 friends stayed one night while in town to see a concert. Had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Everything was comfortable and clean. Small refrigerator in room, single cup coffee maker in room but did not use it. Microwave available on the floor near the ice machine. Breakfast was just ok. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would stay there again.

Location is good, beside the noisy busy intersection—a lot of restaurants around. The hotel’s breakfast is decent. The bar stays open until 2 a.m.++) There's a pool and hot tub. The room is decent and spacious; the bed and pillows need an upgrade. For a short stay, I do recommend it.

My family and I all met in Canton for a few days and we all stayed at the Hyatt. The staff was very accomodating and put us all on the same floor. The rooms were very spacious, included a refrigerator, coffee maker, iron/iron board. For the most part everything was very clean and smelled clean. The bathroom floor looked clean, but I think the grout could use an extra deep clean. The housecleaning staff was quick and efficient when in the rooms. We all enjoyed the breakfast selections. The location was great! Easy to get around town and back to the property.

Very nice bar and great staff. Coffee in lobby put away very early morning and then you pay for it or use your room coffee pot. There is water provided very nicely in lobby. Hotel layout and grounds beautiful. Very accommodating for smokers outside. Loved this property and will stay again at my yearly trip to North Canton Ohio. Great location for shopping and restaurants.
