We enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Place at Whipple and Everhard. The staff was always friendly and welcomed you when you returned and wish us a good day when we left. We would like to give kudos to the shuttle driver, Randall. He took us to dinner one night and of course picked us up. Randall was kind, talkative, knowledgeable, polite and a all-around nice guy. Unfortunately I didn't get Randall's last name. The only area we didn't like is housekeeping. All anyone did every time they were in our room was replace our towels and take our trash. No one washed the bathroom sink or made the bed or cleaned the toilet or shower. Other than that, it was a great week. Thank you Sincerely, Barbara and Terry Leggett

Everything was great. Natalie, the front desk supervisor at check in was amazing and accommodating. She made us feel welcome, process was quick and easy. She let us know about all the amenities and had great energy. The room was out of shower gel which was minor.

Front desk person was very friendly. Hotel was nice and clean. Shuttle driver was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Picked up at the wrong door at the airport, had to ask him to put my suitcase in the van, said I had to pay to have shuttle take me to airport.

Friendly staff. Property and rooms were kept nice and clean. The only negatives from me is no ice machine on the third floor and no microwave in room. Had to go to the second floor for ice and microwave was provided on the 3rd floor where the ice machine used to be by the elevator. On a good note the microwave was kept clean and didn’t seem to be used much due to location of it.
