Staff entered my room on two occasions without permission and I left with items missing from my room. Spoke to the GM the following morning and nothing was done to resolve the issue other GM contacting laundry department who never reached out to nor returned my call. I felt so violated I felt so violated as house keeping entered my room without permission and a gentleman was exiting my room as I returned stating he had to do something with the air conditioner so it wouldn't flood onto the floor all my items were in the room, however nothing was found missing until house keeping was in the room. I didn't leave the room for the remainder of my stay.

We would not know about this property because they would not accept our reservation. They said Expedia had no right to book the rooms and we were stranded at 11:30 at night with nowhere to stay, no car, 6 people and a baby. And yet I have multiple emails, text messages with confirmations . Horrible experience

At checkin I was told that I was not getting the double room I had paid for and there was nothing they could do. Overall facility doesn't quite measure up to most other Hiltons.

Nice hotel
Good location, close to airport & hwy 77. Hotel is new. Lobby welcoming. Although we didn’t use the pool or gym, they were clean when we walked through them. They are doing cleaning every day as long as you don’t have ‘do not disturb’ sign up after 11. Only complaint was that they missed one day, when we wanted the room cleaned.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and had never been placed in a room facing the highway until this visit. I lasted one night and requested a room on the other side of the building due to the road noise. The hotel moved my room as I requested.

Our only issue was parking and entering the building. Terrible rain and wind no parking available near usable doors. Nearly fell to strong winds. They can’t control the weather but they could have allowed those doors to work.

We enjoyed our stay here prior to going to the football Hall of Fame. While there are not walkable restaurants there are a wide variety of drivable choices. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.

Mediocre stay
Beds and pillows were mediocre at best. The pool had about 30 boys between 11-13 years old with one adult supervising. The boys were so rambunctious that my 13 and 7 year old girls were afraid to swim. The one adult that was supervising got into a fight right outside the pool door next to the elevator and the cops were called. Eventful night to say the least. Doubtful we will return.
