Confusion at check in, one staff member wants to see just one passport and then we are asked for all by another staff member. Provided with two halves of toilet rolls to last 3 days for four people!
The property is nice but a bit squashed for the pricing. They are also far too money grabbing in my opinion as we got there at 2pm and they wanted to charge additional for a check in an hour earlier despite us staying several nights. Check out is also early at 10am so they boot you out in the hope to generate additional income… just didn’t feel right. The beds are totally uncomfortable and the bottom bunk is really not practical to sleep on so whilst the location is good, I’m not sure the pricing matches the comfort level that we expected. This was after staying in a variety of 3 star hotels right through Japan.

Smoothly check-in process. Front desk overall service is good. The location of this service apartment is great. All mainly public transports are within walking distance. A bit challenge is that there is no lift at the closest exit of JR station if you carry with luggages but all good by taxi:) highly recommend will stay again.

Small room but everything was just clean. We slept well despite having a family of 5 in cramped space. Kitchen was well furnished. All-in-one W/D works but took a long time for one load.
Front desk was courteous and helpful.
Building felt secured and convenient to JR. Would stay again.

Booked a room for four. 2 twin beds, a sofa bed and a bunk bed. Place is small but everything you need is there. We used the kitchen stove and microwave and the washer/dryer. Toilet is separate from the bathroom which is good if you have multiple people. Detergent was provided. Lots of towels. The shower water temperature was a bit finicky - takes a while for the water temperature settings to kick in and seems to not stay on one setting. Air conditioned room but seems that the room doesn’t get colder even though we tried lowering the thermometer on the thermostat. It was a bit warm in the room - probably around 23 degrees. Very close to the TCAT station - convenient for taking the limousine bus from both Narita and Haneda airports.

"Hotel is nice but outdated! The rooms were clean but small. No additional amenities and pool was not available. Lobby and areas nice and clean. Even though outdated the room was clean. 2 min walk from train station so def a perk and lots of restaurantes nearby."

"We stayed for 3 days at Hotel Gracery. We had a room with two beds. By Japanese standards it was ok as we found out when we stayed an another hotel with 2 beds.
