“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. “The breakfast menu was okay. It was just basic foods that could be microwaved (eggs - likely boxed, bacon, yogurt, muffins, cereal, bagels, bread, and English muffins. They also had a pancake dispenser, which was unique. The room was decent, but we found a Trojan wrapper in the bathroom on the ceiling air vent. The hotel was a short drive to the Petrified Forest National Park. We drove in from Texas and the hotel was great for our overnight stay. ”
