“This was a nearly perfect place for the two of us and our dog. Completely fenced in yard space was great for our dog, the only down side is there is no grass- it’s all concrete and large gravel. Our dog was very hesitant to use the gravel to potty at first but did eventually go. It was relatively quiet and the hosts were readily available! ”

“The apartment is adorable and in the perfect location for LoDo/Highlands/RiNO/CapHill social activities, Coors Field etc. Also perfect if you have to travel to other areas. It is close to 25 & 70 so easy access. I ended up in a leg cast a week before my trip and learned that there was no elevator. This is a walkup so I did a lot of delivery. I felt safe, secure and the apartment itself is quiet. I don't do a ton of cooking but they have everything you need for basic meals. Bed is comfy. My...
