“Staff was lovely, but property is in BAD condition. Smells like mold, foaming hot tub, water backs up in shower, random mattresses laying around property common areas (hallways, dining room), etc. Most unhealthy AND bland breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Bread, bread, corn flakes, sugary yogurt, more bread, and gravy. Both days.”

“The check in was okay. The guy behind the desk was not very friendly. Upon checking in, there was dried urine on the toilet rim and on the floor around the toilet. The air conditioner made a terrible noise. We were 2 days and received no housekeeping service. There was no breakfast either morning, but the sign said breakfast was served and the room was open. What truly alarmed me was witnessing a staff member handling food with their bare hands. This blatant disregard for basic hygiene practices raised serious concerns about health and safety.
