TUI BLUE Kalamota Island - Adults Only

"If you are looking for seclusion then this island stays is for you. Staff ultra friendly helpful. Rooms are adequate and the pool and amenities are adequate. The negatives - it is an island so you are reliant on the Ferry to the mainland. This only arrived a handful of times per day. If you miss the last one you are stuck. Sunday is a no go as only arrives maybe 3 times a day. Though only 5 euros for a one-way ticket. The hotel is all inclusive however if you have been to Mexico this is not that. No mini bar in the room for example. The hotel is looking tired and not a 4 star more like a 3 plus. Overall we enjoyed our stay however wouldn't return"

"Clean comfy room, good mattress, awful pillows. great A/C, open walk-in shower room much better than tub like shower. Breakfast buffet was good variety but lots of flies on food and bees/wasps attack (not sting) the food as soon as you sit on the terrace. Stunning beach with multiple entry points. Great sunbeds with foldable head shade! Pools are beautiful, Marina on the west end is the best with incredible view. The Butchers Grill was a tasty send-off our last night. It's all about the beach and it was terrific. Only drawback is its not close to anything except small town of Zaton, everything else far and ubers are frustratingly expensive. Terrific bakery right up the property across the street. Make sure you DONT get a room on 2nd floor, concrete rock drought tolerant slab blocks more than 1/2 your seaview! We were relocated after repeated requests to third floor away from this slab, and we were very happy didnt want to come back. Even in September it was crowded we couldnt believe it, but property is like village with residency side, so big you never feel crowded. Rooms have expensive minibar, but they allow you to take their drinks out and out your own without charge."

"From the moment we landed in Croatia the Hotel Bozica team were nothing short of excellent. Our flight was delayed by over 3 hours and late into the night they still turned up to collect us by car & boat ensuring that everything went smoothly. The hotel, views, food, and experience were absolutely gorgeous. It's prettier than any photo could possibly do justice to and we'll definitely be staying here again!"

"A wonderful unique holiday destination. Loved kayaking out to the blue cave. Exploring the trails above the beach house. The lovely restaurant across the bay with fresh fish and real homemade chips from potatoes grown on the island. We stayed for two nights and that was just right for us."

"Ston is a lovely little town that specializes in oysters and sea salt. You can't drive into or park in the Old Town, but the town is so small that the public parking is onlya flat block away and is free with your stay. The manager's English is very good, and he and everyone in town were welcoming and helpful. The apartment isn't huge, but it had everything I needed for a short stay. I couldn't find paper towels or dish towels, but they might have been there. Someone brings you a breakfast tray in the morning and they will tailor it to your food allergies. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and most important during the European heat dome, the air conditioning worked well. I wish I could have stayed longer. I didn't get to walk the medieval fortifications, swim at the beaches, or eat more excellent breaded oysters."

"We’ve stayed here before and we enjoyed it that much we came back. Reasonable prices for the accommodation and good public transport links. Staff are friendly and helpful. The area isn’t as touristy so a quieter place. Would definitely recommend the plaza Slano which is just around the bay. Cheap beer and boat hire that isn’t too expensive with very friendly English speaking staff."
