Wonderful holiday in idyllic location
We have just returned from a two weeks holiday in this lovely apartment. The photographs really do not do justice to it, the view from the huge terrace is stunning and it really is only a minute’s walk to the lovely beach. I will never forget being awakened every morning by the sunlight glinting on the sea, I could not bring myself to close the shutters and miss the magic of the sunrise each day. I would definitely recommend hiring a car to explore this beautiful coastline and it makes shopping so much easier. However, if you do not want to drive there are two beautiful beaches to choose from and at the top of the road the local supermarket. The restaurants on the beach have a lovely ambience and we found the staff to be very pleasant and welcoming. Silvia responded to my queries very promptly and I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. My grandson is already asking when we can return, he had the time of his life swimming in the beautifully warm sea as did we all. I usually like to try a new destination each year but this is the exception to the rule, I would love to return and explore more of this gorgeous island. Thank you Silvia for a memorable holiday.

Wonderful holiday, all family enjoyed! Beautiful Sardinia!
It was a perfect place for our family. Every day we were driving to an unspoilt calas and in the afternoon were looking forward to come back to a quiet village of Pittulongu and our lovely appartmnent. Pittulongu is a very safe place for children and teenagers. Evenings are very romantic. We would definitely come back again. Thank you Silvia x

Lovely villa apartment with stunning views!
We spent ten days at this villa apartment for a beach holiday with a four year old and it was absolutely perfect! Located in a nice town of Pittulongu just up the coast from Olbia, the apartment is on the second floor of a large villa on a quiet residential street with it's own staircase going up to the balcony. As it's on the second floor the views of the bay and nearby beach are stunning - more spectacular in reality than the pictures show. The balcony is large and spacious with a table and seating, and inside there's a nice kitchen and lounge with two nice and spacious main bedrooms - it's ideal for a small family. The local beach just a short walk down the road is lovely, with a small beach trattoria, and there is another much larger beach a slightly longer walk away on the other side of the peninsula which has two nice restaurants. There are small cafes and shops nearby across the main road from the villa, and a large supermarket and mall 5 minutes drive away. I'd recommend hiring a car (with a SatNav!), as just a short drive up the coast are plenty more stunning beaches, each with their own character. One of our favourites was Sassari beach just down the road with the lovely Fina beach cafe, and further afield 'del Principe' beach was trickier to get to and a longer drive up past the gulf of Aranci and Rotondo up to Costa Smeralda. If you go there make sure you drop into the nearby luxury Romassino Hotel for an over-priced coffee but well worth it for a cheeky nose around one of the most stunning hotels and views of the Costa Smeralda you'll find! Thoroughly recommended holiday location.

Sehr schönes Appartment und Gastgeber , wie man sie sich wünscht
Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, das Appartment ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Ein sehr schöner Rahmen am Morgen mit Sonnenaufgang lädt zum Frühstücken auf der Terrasse ein , und Blick auf die Bucht Pellicano ließen uns windgeschützt und im Schatten der Pinien bestens auf der geräumigen ,überdachten Terrasse auch am Abend erholen . Sehr empfehlenswert ,nahe der Stadt Olbia, 10 Minauten bis in die Altstadt, Parkplatz vor der Tür, füssläufig ein wunderbarer Strand, auch in einer Minute erreichbar. Ein Grill und eine komplette Küche, selbst Sonnenschirme und Spielzeug für den Strand und eine Waschmaschine standen zur Verfügung . Die Räume, großzügig geschnitten lassen auch mal bei einem Aufenthalt im Apartment genügend Platz für Jeden. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett , was wünscht man sich mehr als Gast?! Ein wunderbares Beispiel für liebenswerte Gastgeber auf der vielseitigen Insel Sardinien, die für Ihre Insel und deren Image Großes leisten.

Very nice
In the appartement we stayed with 2 adults and 2 children (4+7 years old). It was clean and comfortable. The view all day and sunset every morning are amazing! The airconditioning worked very well: it was 32 degrees outside and 20 degrees inside. The kitchen and bathroom are okay. The childrens room had two beds, but not the toys anymore as at the picture. The furniture was basic. You can use their parasol for the beach, very handy. The walking distance to the beach is ideal with children. The beach is very safe with a lot of children in the water and families are watching.

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Blick
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, toller Blick über die Bucht von einer grossen Terrasse. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar, mit netter kleine Snackbar. Kleiner Supermarkt mit allem was man braucht in der Nähe, sowie einge Restaurants. Die Ausstattung war einfach. Das Haus liegt in Pittulongo, dass bedeutet auch Autoverkehr, Müllwagen und Nachbarn. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre traumhafte Lage. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin lief online, alles problemlos. Kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Idéalement situé à l’equipement limité
Appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir la région nord est de la Sardaigne et vue imprenable de la terrasse Toutefois les équipements listés dans l’annonce ne sont pas présents : pas de wifi ( erreur du site selon la propriétaire), télévision par satellite qui ne fonctionne pas, équipement de cuisine très limité, tout comme l’électroménager (pas de cafetière) Barbecue à gaz inutilisable (sale et pas de gaz) Heureusement le voisinage est sympathique et a su nous aider quand nous sommes tombés en panne de gaz sans solution , et de très bons conseils La literie est confortable et il y a la climatisation

Beautiful appartement close to the sea. Good value for the money.
Prettig appartement dicht bij de zee. Prachtig uitzicht en altijd een lekker windje voor de verkoeling. Stranden zijn mooi, maar valt verder weinig te beleven. Eerder geschikt voor gezin met jonge kinderen. Appartement van binnen wat gedateerd, maar verder prima in orde. Iedere slaapkamer heeft airco en je zit eigenlijk alleen buiten op het terras. Vlak bij Olbia waar je alles kan vinden en leuke plaatsjes in de buurt. Verhuurster erg vriendelijk en flexibel.
