The unit has both pros and cons. It has very nice furniture and upgraded appliances. It is actually 4 miles to the entrance of WDW, small increase in distance than that listed but with heavy traffic, it did add 10-15 mins extra to our time to get to the parks. The price was very affordable. However the things we did not like were when you enter the unit you immediately go up 18 stairs because of the integral garage. The carpeting was very dirty which gave a very unclean feeling to the unit even though everything else was clean. There was an open hole in the guest bathroom where a towel bar was ripped out of the wall. The inside of the master bathroom door also had a hole in it from someone opening the door too wide and the shower sprayer hose was either corroding or had a water build up on them. Towels were very thin and need to be replaced.
