Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Should not charge guests for parking if staying at resort, you had to buy your own tube to access the resorts lazy river, other resorts provide for free. Cleaned room and did not replace our towels.

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
Clean Room, everything they advertise is extra $25/ day for waterpark, no cash accepted, housekeeping people are amazing, front desk is pushy to get you to go to the free breakfast, which takes up 90 mins and they try to get you to be owners.

Marriott's Grande Vista
Nice resort with great views scenery and pool facilities (heated in April which was a plus), room view was obscured by trees, smell in room was a bit musty, staff on the whole were not very welcoming which was disappointing- especially at check in an at the bar by the pool.
