HostnFly offers you this spacious 74 m² apartment with balcony, ideally located in Saint-Denis. Sleeping up to 8 people, it's perfect for families or groups of friends wishing to stay close to Paris. The neighbors are very vigilant about maintaining peace and quiet within the condominium and immediately report any noise disturbances. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity to enhance your stay.

Located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator, the apartment comprises:  
  
Three bedrooms, each with a double bed;  
A separate bathroom with bathtub;   
A bathroom with shower, accessed from one of the bedrooms ;   
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine)  
A comfortable living room with sofa bed ;   
A separate toilet ;   
  
You'll particularly appreciate the quietness of the accommodation, its practical layout and its modern facilities: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, iron, etc.  
Bed linen and towels are provided (included in the cleaning fee).
