“I stayed for 6 nights in May 2026. it is quite newly renovated but everything there are small but functional (very common in Paris). location is great and walkable to everything but kinda tucked away from all the noisy bars and night life of Marais. highlights: 1. Luggage locker: I loved their luggage locker made me feel safe. I didn’t lock my lock properly (my bad) and came back 6 hours later and luggage are still safe. 2. Elevator: it is tiny but i’m just grateful there is one after waking……

“Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything……

“Sensational!! Absolutely above expectations. A day before check in, the host reached out to advise that they had upgraded us from the suite we had booked (Matisse) to a larger suite (Modigliani). “We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”
