“Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You”

“We’ve coming to this property for three years. It’s always been a fun experience. The property management has improved dramatically—I give it a 10/10. Not for the faint of heart. This tucked away cabin is surrounded by nature, with the night spookiness of creaking floors, pitch black outdoors. It’s almost impossible to sleep with the deep silence and nature sounds at night, including bears. It’s a good stay for a bigger family.”

“Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! ”

“The house was just as described, very cozy and old school. Nice amenities by the owners. The only semi-complaint was how far out it was in relation to our friends we were visiting. Lots of dirt roads - picturesque but not speedy to get anywhere. ”

“The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. ”

“The cabin was very nice and clean. Located on a relatively secluded hill top with plenty of usable space around the cabin. We saw a couple deer and had daily visits from a few wild turkeys. Daughter enjoyed the pool/air hockey/foosball table.”

“This was a wonderful cabin for our family. We all had adequate space, the kitchen was reasonably stocked, and everything was clean. My kids (6 and 8) loved staying in the loft. The real advantage is the location. It's an easy drive to phenomenal hiking and we all loved swimming by the covered bridge.One word of caution: there is no barrier from the floor of the loft down the stairwell and it would be very eary to go over the edge, especially at night. I would consider this a hazard for small……

“We had an amazing time. Our three teenagers did not even miss their phones. Everything you need is on site: kayaks, SUPs, fishing gear, firewood, plenty of dvds and records, games, and puzzles. It was a perfect vacation before heading back to school. ”
