“We enjoyed our time in this comfortable and peaceful environment. Mark, the host, is friendly and very responsive to questions and the few issues that arose. The kitchen is well appointed and a fun place in which to cook and share meals with friends. The living room furniture and beds are very comfortable. Because we visited during warm weather, we did not use the fireplace or wood stove.”

“The apartment is very cute, the kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews the bathroom is extremely small with the toilet in an awkward position and a sink so small you will get more water on your feet when washing your face. The two sets of stairs are very, very steep and small, and there is nothing blocking the opening at the top so not the best for very young children.
