Luxury hillside villa, sea view, private SALT WATER POOL, WIFI

You live in an approximately 200 sqm large, detached villa in the Sierra de Irta nature reserve on a mountain 65 m above sea level. The rooms (living/dining room with open American kitchen, bedrooms all have sea views, 2 shower bathrooms also have sea views, as well as views of the mountains and the monastery of San Antoni.

The master bedroom with its 2x2 m large, back-friendly comfort bed, air conditioning and modern en suite bathroom is on a separate floor and also offers you a breathtaking sea view from the bed.

Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and electric towel dryer.

In the living room and master bedroom there are satellite TVs with recording options. You have WiFi throughout the house.

In south/west orientation (= sun all day) there are several terraces with seating, and a barbecue area . Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
On the pool terrace with electric sun awning and outdoor shower is the salt water pool with automatic pH value regulation. This means that the water quality is always optimal. Important for allergy sufferers: No chlorine chemicals!

The final cleaning is included in the price. If you would like weekly cleaning for stays of several weeks, please contact us.

Stunning property overlooking the sea
The property is exceptional. It is very well equipped and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The views from the different balconies are breathtaking. The pool was beautiful and is where our children spent most of their time. The property is a short walk to all the amenities and the castle. Overall, we created some amazing memories as a family and would certainly recommend this property and we hope to be back in the not too distant future

Lovely villa in the hills.
The pictures don’t do this villa justice! The string is beautiful and the villa is beautifully decorated and so well equipped. We were met by Patricia who doesn’t speak English but this was not a problem as everything was very well labelled and fairly self explanatory. I Googled the English instructions for the oven! I needed to contact the owners, Barbara and Lothar a couple of times and they were incredible helpful as was Manuel the pool man. We will certainly be returning and can’t recommend the villa highly enough. Jerry Oubridge

!Buenas Vistas!
Our family group of 6 (3 couples) stayed here for 8 nights. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. There was room to spread out on the magnificent terraces, set on 2 levels., including an outside barbecue area and bar. Every space in the villa enjoys the wonderful panoramic views. An experience we won't forget. We all hope to return next year.
