charming modern studio off courtyard of main house with separate private entrance . Beautiful new bathroom (shampooo, conditioner and body-wash, towels, vanity mirror, hair dryer, robes) huge closet. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink, coffeemaker, dishes, glasses, cups and utensils, trash can and trash bags included. Two double beds and smart TV., small table and chairs, street parking, Access to beautiful pool and covered patio behind main house (available until 10 pm) Across the street from the Heard Museum and walking distance to Phoenix Art Museum, Phoenix Theatre, El Forno restaurant, Oven and Vine and others. 0.8 miles from Creighton.

Beautiful and quiet
On arrival in the evening, the home and courtyard entrance was lit with welcoming landscape lighting providing ease of entrance to the guest studio. The owner greeted us and once inside, we found a beautifully appointed, clean studio perfect for our short visit. The owners thought of every detail - snacks, cold beverages, Keurig coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge located in the kitchenette, smart TV, plenty of toiletries. It felt like home!

Stayed here for the first time! Amazing neighborhood, located in a beautiful neighborhood and close to the freeway! 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown! Room is comfy and plenty of room for 2-3 people! Property management is great and very friendly! Definitely will be staying here again!
