“This unit had very comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding. Appreciated the chairs in each bedroom. The bathroom had two sinks with little added ammenities which was nice. Kitchen was well stocked too. Communication with the host was excellent. Host provided brochures, and recommendations for restaurants in the unit. Unit nicely decorated. A little desk in the living area was helpful. Nice unit was on first floor but this building has many units so keep that in mind.”

“The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space.”

“Plenty of parking”

“Amy was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. her condo is very clean. Comfy beds. Had all the amenities we needed. All the appliances worked great. Very relaxing stay. We used uber to get to nashville just a few min drive worked great for us. We stayed 3 nights and felt very secure and safe. Quiet neighborhood. You have a very lovely place!”

“We were very pleased with this property. The entire place was very clean, welcoming and made for a wonderful stay. Our hosts were great to work with and had excellent communication and quick responses! The property is very conveniently located to everything you could want to enjoy in Nashville!”

“Great space and location.”

“We enjoyed staying at your condo, it was beautiful, clean, comfortable and very quiet. I would definitely recommend your place to others that are heading to Nashville. The condo was close enough to Nashville, that the ride was 10 minutes or less, but far enough to get the peace and quiet. If we go back to Nashville, we would definitely stay there again.”

“Excellent property. Loved having pool access. Great communication with owners. Hair dryer was missing & they had Amazon deliver one! One mile walk to Broadway. Would highly recommend this VRBO.”

“The unit was clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. We chose that area to be close to an event we attended but were pleasantly surprised by how walkable the neighborhood was. We felt very safe and street parking was not a problem. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We enjoyed staying very much. Great location for CMA FEST. A few more towels and dish towels would be helpful. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms. Also had cleaning items including dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. We were comfortable in the beds. Definitely will stay again.”

“Everything was okay”

“Great visit and location”

“Convenient area, cool history of the building. Had some difficulty with information from owner but got cleared quickly. Has a washer/dryer which although we didn’t use, was convenient. No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice!”

“When we got there, the place highly smelled of pot. There needs to be some paint put on the walls, adding some color. The noise from the interstate and the parties would wake you up in the middle of the night.”

“We loved our stay”
