“Our family (4 generations plus dogs) stayed for four nights over new year’s weekend. The owners accommodated us at the last minute when our other rental fell through. They were so responsive and helpful, even provided a pack and play for our 1 year old granddaughter. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed with kitchen equipment and supplies. Being walking distance to Bridgton village was a plus, yet at the same time, the home felt private and the neighborhood was quiet.……

“Our large family enjoyed getting together in this spacious house and exploring the area around Monmouth, as well as further afield. Lake Cochnewagon itself is beautiful. The property is clean and bright, with ample space for cooking and eating together, as well as playing together inside and out. The beds are all large (even the bunkbeds are doubles) and have very comfortable mattresses (a rarity in many rentals). There was plenty of room outside for volleyball and other games. “We had a great stay on Tripp Lake. House was clean and well cared for and we were surprised and pleased there was AC in the main bedroom. The location was unbeatable — back door was literally steps from the lake and the lake was the star of the trip. We spent the day on the deck, on the dock, or in the water. Host was available and helpful. Would come again!”
