Our second visit to the Mon Port, and certainly not our last. Beautiful hotel with incredible staff - so friendly and accommodating. We stayed for a few nights in a junior suite. The room was lovely, lots of little touches such as turn down service with little toblerones left on the pillows and a special pouch with really lovely toiletries. The shower gel smells divine. The hotel is very quiet and lacks ambiance, it wouldn’t take much to make it feel special; some decent speakers in the Chill out bar and a good soundtrack. The food was poor. Breakfast was ok but all the food needs to be warmer. Lunch and dinner were very disappointing. The drinks are good but there is a supplement for cocktails. These are not part of the all inclusive package which seems odd to me. With a few little tweaks this could be an amazing hotel.
