“Very large, clean and comfortable room. Staff were outgoing and attentive to any of our needs. I was hoping for a more authentic castle experience, but furnishings were basic and a bit worn out. The restaurant service was slow due to under-staffing, but the staff were all friendly and engaging and the food was good. Overall, a comfortable stay, but don't expect much of an experience.”

“Lovely central location in an awesome facility. Staff were brilliant and very helpful in getting us settled in. Room was clean, well laid out and with a very up to date bathroom, which although a little small (one person at time type size) was fully functional and great to use. Small kitchen complemented the room and well stocked with little treats to have with coffee or tea. Coffee machine in the reception area only helps to give the guest a feeling of being looked after. Plenty of eating……

“Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good”
