Friendly staff, access to room convoluted and already showing heavy use. Room clean but partially worn, very basic. No fridge. Access to airport is superior!! Breakfast buffet is a large selection. If you are into Spa environments, Spa would be a overstatement for a pool, a worn cold and wet Fin-Sauna, a steam room. Showers can not adjust, change rooms are with lockers, only one towel per guest (which explains the smelly wet Sauna).

The hotel was lovely, the girls on reception were very nice and couldn't do enough for you. We were on the ground floor and in the mornings it was very noisy outside so couldn't sleep as long as we wanted. The rooms were lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable but the shower was not great, there wasn't good pressure of water and the water was only slightly warm so that was a big disappointment. Apart from that everything else was good.

The whole experience was excellent and exquisite. The staff from reception, restaurant,etc., were above and beyond good customer service. What a jewel, what a refreshing stay. Serious excellence.

Parking was on street but there was plenty of spaces. The rooms were close together, we had someone playing porn videos and making knocking noises in a different room to scare us in the night. This really affected my partner.
