well in advance. The line waiting for taxis was several hundred feet long and available taxis were trickling in at a very slow rate. ### 2/5 - Disappointing Jacqui Just bad timing for us. The day of our cruise departure just happened to be the bike race at Quebec City (Sept. 13, 2019). All the major city roads were closed which meant a nightmare for all the taxis getting to the cruise terminal.
