If arriving, plan your transportation from the cruise terminal well in advance. The line waiting for taxis was several hundred feet long and available taxis were trickling in at a very slow rate.
Just bad timing for us. The day of our cruise departure just happened to be the bike race at Quebec City (Sept. 13, 2019). All the major city roads were closed which meant a nightmare for all the taxis getting to the cruise terminal. It took almost an hour for a 10 minute drive.
After our cruise, we had to stand in line for a taxi for 2 hours.
