“O local é incrível!!!! Os quartos são confortáveis e a vista é maravilhosa! O café da manhã é servido na mesa, no primeiro dia tivemos um pequeno problema, pois nos trouxeram apenas bolo, pera e capuccino, a atendente não nos deu as opções que tínhamos para pedir, resumindo, não como bolo e fiquei com fome. No dia seguinte fui questionando as opções do cardápio, pois li nos comentários aqui que era bem variado. Após questionar nos trouxera frios, pães, manteiga e suco, tudo estava delicioso!……

“La Chiusa is beautiful, staff are very nice and the location fantastic; views from the property and situated next to Montifollonico with access to grocery store, pharmacy and super local restaurant (13 Gobbi). Rooms had a fridge but no kettle, coffee maker or even cups or glasses which was odd and would make a big positive difference so that you can make a hot drink or sip your own wine while enjoying the view! If you’re a foodie you will love the onsite restaurant, but it is a limited menu so……

“I would rate this hotel and its staff ten out of five if there is such a rating! My husband and I stayed three nights and we had a most memorable experience! The grounds of the hotel is beautifully maintained, it is located on a hill overlooking the breath-taking Val d’Orcia. There is a beautiful infinity pool and many garden furniture for guests to sit and enjoy the million dollar view. Every staff member is a professional, even an artist, who excels in their work. The gardener works……
