Clean rooms, very friendly staff. We booked the wrong room for our needs but they were very accommodating in upgrading and did not charge a fortune. It’s a family hotel so may not be suitable for everyone and I’m not sure if there’s a lift. Italian breakfast or just coffee available for extra charge, no kettles in the rooms though. However, there’s a lovely garden with fruit trees and they may allow to have the fresh fruit if asked. We had a great stay overall.
