We were a family of five staying for 1 night, we found the location conveniently placed within walking distance to attractions. The host was very helpful and responsive.

The area was nice. The owner was nice and communicated well. However the unit itself was completely to be desired. Very out dated.

Great location but few kitchen facilities
Great location with a lift on site. Vita was a lovely host for check-in. The place is worn with scuffed walls and could do with a good scrub or fresh coat of paint. The floor needed a wash - it was gritty underfoot and left feet or socks very dirty. The main bathroom shower head sprays out everywhere and felt impossible to use - really only suited to baths, and stick to the shower in the ensuite. There are lots of beds and an infant high chair - good for families, provided you want to eat out for every meal as there are few kitchen facilities. There was no coffee brewing equipment, no basics like oil, salt, pepper, or even a chopping board. Stovetop wouldn’t light so we had to buy a lighter. Tiny rubbish bin with no spare bin bags provided. Dishwasher but no suitable detergent provided. Hopefully this is changed for future guests as it would make the stay a much better experience.

Property in really good location. The apartment needs to be decorated throughout, as it looks quite rundown. If it was decorated it would make a real difference.

Struttura posizionata in una zona centrale, a pochi passi da Piazza del Popolo. Abbiamo avuto un problema di comunicazione con il proprietario riguardo l’orario di check out, abbiamo ritrovato il proprietario in casa il quale ci diceva che stavano arrivando altri ospiti, non è stato molto carino.

Centralissima, a due passi da Piazza del Popolo e da via del Corso, il terrazzino che da sul Tevere è una "chicca" non da niente. Perfetto per le famiglie, noi eravamo con due bambini piccoli e ci siamo trovati benissimo sa perché la metro Flaminio è a 5 minuti sia perché la zona essendo molto frequentata ti dà un senso di tranquillità anche nei rientri "notturni". Alessandro (l'host) è stato chiarissimo nelle indicazioni e gentile anche nel farci fare senza alcun problema il checkout un ora dopo. Lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio.
